My room was well-appointed and nicely furnished with a comfy bed, had safe for safety measures. Outstanding service was provided here. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost...

Convenient location, 5 minutes walk to the sea and main transport. Quite satisfactory breakfast: meat/cheese cuts, omelette, bacon, fruit/vegetable salad, several kinds of fresh baked goods, fruit, yogurt, coffee from the car and boiled. Nice, everything is fresh and delicious. It would be nice to add porridge for breakfast ). main advantage of the hotel, NMW is the staff. All very kind, friendly, ready to help. We were lucky: in the days of check-in and departure to the reception worked Russian-speaking girl Asya, all the main questions have found out without problems. We did not find a kettle in the room, we were provided with it on demand. All issues are resolved quickly, thank you! I do not know the pros or cons to include a further fact: as in any non-network hotel, in Locarno its own atmosphere, small world where the employee at breakfast can emotionally tell how the morning coffee machine broke down and now does not work, so the coffee only boiled, from the coffee pot. the guests eagerly listen to this story and sympathize with the poor woman.
Our number 212 asks, no, already requires general cleaning, better cosmetic repairs! There is a fungus on the walls of the bathroom, room is drained with coffee or wine... They do not look attractive at all (( And please hang up the holder of e/toilet paper in the bathroom! Well, it's uncomfortable to reach for the roll to the cistern. shower hose is about to burst. paint on the tiles has peeled off in some places... Before settling in we also used a common toilet on the 1st floor - carelessly, not very clean, like a train station ((. There is no full-fledged wardrobe in the room, not very clean... In general, everything is not bad, such little things spoil the overall impression of the hotel. It's probably more suitable for a couple of nights than a long stay.

Wonderful friendly staff, many Russian speakers including the hotel manager. They are happy to help, tell and show you if you have any questions. A good impression of the staff slightly smoothed out the moments that they did not like (room). Excellent location a couple of minutes from the beach. Close to supermarkets.
The bathroom is uncomfortable. Too small shower "cabin" with a fabric curtain, from which there is an unpleasant smell and during the bathing you either elbow against the wall, or turn off the shower, or touch this curtain. Even though we're very slim... Very old and dirty room carpet, I've never seen anything like it anywhere else. But there's an announcement on the floors that there's already a replacement... But the hotel's not the most expensive in town either... In the whole of Nice is the repair of road surfaces, so that the sounds of a perforator on the asphalt is not soon quiet (until 12 h at night from 7 am). If you want to be quiet on vacation, check with the hotel to find out if the repair on this street is over.

Excellent location: tram stop from the airport and Promenade - 5 minutes walk, leisurely 15-20-minute walk along the sea - and you at the hill of Chateau with its magnificent panoramas, a little more - and you can walk to the seaport. Nearby there are shops and a variety of (affordable) cafes on the Rue de France. Excellent staff, creating a friendly atmosphere. Cleanliness everywhere and at all times. Comfortable, well-stocked rooms. You can ask for a kettle in the room for the entire stay. If you want, there's nothing to be naughty about.
Breakfast is good, but I'd like more variety (if you don't stay for a couple of days) and fresh vegetables instead of vegetable salads with sauces.

The staff was helpful. Good breakfast. Not too far from the city center.
Carpets were old and stained. Smell of smoke in the room. wifi did not work in the room but only in the lobby.

The hotel was basic but clean and staff were efficient.
Noise from the street was a disturbance at night.

Wonderful, responsive staff who will tell you how to get there and help you print your boarding pass)) Almost everyone speaks Russian. Excellent location of the hotel, near the English Promenade, bus stop, cafes and restaurants. The room is nice, comfortable bed, TV, fridge, wi-fi. Rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace, where you can drink a glass of wine and smoke a cigarette)). For breakfast they offer omelets, boiled eggs, sausage cuts, cheeses, toasts, butter, delicious croissants and buns, tea, coffee and juices. In a word, I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel! If I have the chance to come here again! And yes, I recommend it!
